Spring Decor Round Up

January has ended and winter will be wrapping up where I am. I find myself looking forward to the blooms and warmer weather that are soon to come! Of course, that means my “To Make List” is starting to fill up with all the spring designs. This year I am really wanting to make some decor for spring. Now that Christmas is put away my house is feeling very bland and empty. I realized that I have very little decor for the time between Christmas to Fall, and it’s time to change that!

I wanted to create a list of some beautiful crochet decor designs so that I could use them but also so that I could share them with you! It’s always a good idea to create something to bring a little bit of beauty into your home, or you could even use them to gift something beautiful to a friend to get them through the last gloomy days of winter.

10 Spring Decor Patterns for 2023!

Cozy Alpine Plant Pot Cover by Juniper and Oakes

If your walls are full you can still make a spring project for your plants with these adorable pot covers from Juniper and Oakes. I am pretty much obsessed with anything done in the alpine stitch. It’s such a rich texture and so these pot covers were definitely making the list! I think a set of these for every single season is a must. I don’t know about you, but in the winter I tend to hybernate and then when spring hits I want to have visitors! These flower coaster from Desert Blossom Crafts are so cute and perfect for getting your home ready for friends and family. The design also gives me a little bit of 70s/90s vibes which is totally coming into style right now! Floral Blooms Hand Towel by A Crocheted Simplicity

Another beautifully useful design is this hand towel designed by A Crocheted Simplicity. Imagine this hanging from your oven or bringing some fun and color to the bathroom. I loved the unique design of this towel, with the flower at the top and a wonderful texture for the main body of the towel. This will keep the decor detail separate from the functional part you use. Genius! The Floral Blooms Hand Towel can be found for free on A Crocheted Simplicity blog.

7

Tiny Crochet Flowers Garland by Blue Star Crochet

What could be better than a string of dainty and gorgeous little flowers strung along bookshelves or mantles? I have both in my house and I think they ALL need a garland. The pattern looks quick enough that I could accomplish that in no time. You could make these with matching flowers or bring all the colors of spring into the project with an assortment. This Tiny Crochet Flowers Garland is another free crochet pattern and can be found on the Blue Star Crochet blog.

8

Boho Table Runner by Sandra Regev

The kitchen table is often the epicenter of the home and so the perfect place for your beautiful spring makes. This table runner will be a great addition to your table on it’s own or to compliment your spring center pieces. I love the stitch combo used on this project, it reminds me of a garden trellis! This is a paid pattern, you can find the Boho Table Runner on Sandra Regev’s Ravelry.

9

Rose Trellis Throw by Rich Textures Crochet

Another design with trellis vibes is this gorgeous throw design by Rich Textures Crochet. I love a simple but textured blanket pattern. The look of this throw is something I would definitely leave up in my home all year long but I think it would shine the most during spring. I love the extra long edges with this beautiful scalloped look to them! You can find the Rose Trellis Throw crochet pattern for free on the Rich Textures Crochet blog.
